1. Who we are and what this is

DramaHub ("we", "us") is a streaming site for short dramas. These Terms govern your use of the website, the player and any app that connects to it. By using DramaHub you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Content and licensing

The dramas shown on DramaHub are supplied by licensed partner platforms and are streamed from their servers. We do not claim ownership of the videos, titles, artwork or descriptions; all rights remain with the respective rights holders. Content availability may change at any time without notice when a partner adds, updates or withdraws a title.

If you believe content on DramaHub infringes your rights, send a takedown request through the contact form with the exact page link and proof of ownership. We act on valid requests promptly and may remove content first and investigate afterwards.

3. Free episodes and passes

The first part of every drama is free to watch. The remaining episodes require a signed-in account and a valid pass. A pass is time-based access (for example 7, 30 or 365 days) to every episode of every title available on DramaHub while the pass is active. Passes are linked to the account that bought them and cannot be transferred, shared or resold.

Passes do not renew automatically. Buying another pass while one is still active adds the new days on top of the remaining time. Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency displayed at checkout, and may change for future purchases.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider. We never see or store your card number. A pass is delivered immediately after the payment is confirmed, so it is a service that starts straight away; except where consumer law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable once the pass has been activated. If a pass was not activated after a successful payment, contact us within 14 days with your order number and we will fix it or refund you.

5. Accounts

You can sign in with Google or with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account. One person, one account. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, share passes, attempt to bypass the paywall or break these Terms; in that case no refund is owed for the unused part of a pass.

6. Acceptable use

You may stream content for your own personal, non-commercial viewing. You may not download, record, redistribute, publicly screen or embed the videos; scrape, crawl or bulk-copy the catalogue; probe, overload or interfere with the service, the player or the partner platforms; or use the site in a way that is unlawful where you live.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep DramaHub available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Titles, features, prices and these Terms may change. Material changes to the Terms will be posted on this page with a new date; continuing to use the site after that means you accept them.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
