1. Summary

You can browse DramaHub and watch the free episodes without an account. When you sign in or buy a pass we store the minimum needed to run your account, deliver what you paid for and keep the service safe. We do not sell personal data and we never store card numbers.

2. What we collect

• Account. If you sign in with Google we receive your Google account ID, email address, display name and profile picture. If you register with email we store your email address and a hashed password (we cannot read the password itself).
• Purchases. Order number, pass type, amount, currency, payment status and the reference returned by the payment provider. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own pages and never reach DramaHub.
• Watching. Which episodes you watched and where you stopped, so that "Continue watching" works. Only stored for signed-in users.
• Technical data. IP address, browser type, language, the pages you request and error reports from the player, kept in server logs for security, abuse prevention and debugging.
• Messages you send us. Anything you submit through the contact form, including your name, email and the message itself.

3. Cookies

DramaHub uses a small number of first-party cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in (only set after you sign in), a short-lived cookie that protects the sign-in flow, and a preference cookie for your language. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The video player may load the hls.js library from a public CDN, which sees your IP address as part of serving the file.

4. How we use the data

To create and secure your account, deliver passes and keep your membership time correct, process and reconcile payments, remember your watch position, answer your messages, detect fraud and abuse (for example shared accounts or automated traffic), and improve the service using aggregated statistics.

5. Who else sees it

Google (when you choose Google sign-in), the payment provider shown at checkout (which processes your payment under its own privacy policy), the partner platforms that stream the video to your device (they see your IP address and the request for the video file), and hosting and infrastructure providers that run our servers. We share data with authorities only when legally required.

6. How long we keep it

Account data: for as long as the account exists. Order records: as long as required by tax and accounting rules (usually several years). Watch history: until you delete it or the account is deleted. Server logs: typically 30 days. Contact messages: until handled, then archived or deleted.

7. Your choices and rights

You can see your account details, membership status, watch history and purchases on the My Account page. Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights or to delete your account, use the contact form from the email address linked to the account.

8. Children

DramaHub is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the site.
